How do I know a connected source is healthy?

Droplet reports on each source: how many accounts are mapped, any exceptions, and when it last synced. A healthy source shows as Validated; one that needs a look shows as Review.

What counts as an active contract?

Any contract with billing or usage activity in the current period.

What is a finding?

A gap between a contract and what was billed, such as a usage overage that was never invoiced. Each finding shows its customer, issue, estimated exposure and materiality, and becomes a case with an owner and a status.

What is the difference between potential exposure and validated leakage?
