Connect your data
Which sources Droplet reads, how to tell they are healthy, and how many your plan includes.
Droplet works from your own data. Each connected source is read-only, so Droplet can look but never change anything.
What to connect
- Contracts: the terms you agreed, such as price, discounts, renewals and minimum commitments. In Droplet's examples these come from Salesforce.
- CRM: customers and accounts, for example HubSpot.
- Usage: what each customer actually used. The examples use Supabase.
- Billing: invoices and payments, for example Stripe.
Droplet connects with tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Supabase, Docker and Netlify.
Check the health of each source
Droplet reports on the quality of each connected source: how many of its accounts are mapped, whether any records are exceptions, and when it last synced. A healthy source shows as Validated. One that needs a look shows as Review.
How many sources your plan includes
- Starter: 3 data sources. You choose any 3 integrations.
- Scale: 10 data sources and all core integrations.
- Enterprise: unlimited data sources, with custom data pipelines for warehouses, ERPs and billing platforms.
Get alerts where you work
Starter sends email alerts. Scale adds Slack, and Enterprise adds webhooks.
Once your sources are connected, see How audits work.
