Getting started
Go from a free trial to your first finding.
Droplet finds underbilling and missed revenue by comparing what your customers should pay with what you billed and collected. This guide takes you from a new trial to your first finding.
Before you start
Droplet reads four kinds of data. You don't need all of them on day one, but the more you connect, the more it can check.
- Contracts, for example in Salesforce.
- CRM data, for example in HubSpot.
- Usage data from your product, for example in Supabase.
- Billing data, for example in Stripe.
Start your trial
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, and you can start without entering payment details. When the trial ends you choose a plan to keep your findings and monitoring. If you don't, nothing is charged.
Your first audit
- Start your trial.
- Connect your sources. See Connect your data.
- Run an audit. Droplet compares your contracts, usage, billing and payments.
- Review the findings, which are sorted by estimated exposure.
- Open cases for the ones that matter and follow them to recovery.
Most teams see their first findings within the trial, once their sources are connected.
